Returns & Exchanges

At University Co-op, we want you to love your Longhorn gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached. Please note that custom-made items and final sale clearance merchandise are not eligible for return.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are intact and including the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
